Introduction
Flotation machine is applicable for the extraction of metals like gold, argent, iron, lead, zinc, molybdenum, nickel and aluminum and the separation of ferrous metals and non-metals. It can be used in roughing, scavenging, selection or reverse flotation. In the flotation process, after being mixed with drug, some qualified mineral absorbs on bubbles, floats on the surface of slurry and then is scraped out, other minerals still stay.
Working principles
Flotation machine is mainly composed of pulp chute, mixing device, air charging system, mineralized bubble discharging device and electro motor.
When flotation machine works, the impeller of the flotation cells is driven by the spinning engine triangle to form the centrifugal formation and produce the negative pressure. On one hand, large of inhaled air is mixed with the pulp; On the other hand, the stirred pulp is mixed with the drug to fine the bubble, to make a certain mineral bond on the bubble. Adjust the height of the disc to control the liquid surface and the useful bubble will be scraped out.
